It was the classic tree-decorating evening, like something from a movie. While we listened to Judy Garland Christmas, and had homemade white and milk chocolate chip cookies with Eggnog, we looked outside and it was WHITE everywhere. We enjoyed our first snowball fight of the season, and then got back to work on our tree. Never realized how expensive Christmas decorations are... now I truly appreciate the antique, home made ones that we've used at my home every year of my life. We decided to collect a little at a time and this year we took advantage of a 'Buy 3 Boxes of Bulbs, Get the 4th Free' special at Target. Since you can't see them very well in the picture, they are golds, silvers, whites and browns!! We love CHRISTMAS!
